Mediacorp Canada Inc., the same group behind Canada’s Top 100 Employers project, evaluates and grades employers using eight criteria: physical workplace; work atmosphere and social; health, financial and family benefits; vacation and time off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and community involvement.

The judges re-selected InvestorCOM for several reasons including:

• Supporting new moms and dads with maternity and parental leave top-up payments, to 70 percent of salary for 17 weeks.
• Encouraging a sense of community through an employee incentive program that rewards employees for participation in fun work events and charitable donations with points that can be redeemed for prizes that include a day off, clothing, or gift certificates.
