InvestorCOM makes major technology investments
InvestorCOM has automated key processes within our operations that will drive efficiencies and deliver new capabilities to our clients. Over the last year, we have automated our CCM/CDM process leveraging OpenText Exstream and Crawford Operations Express. Combining these 2 industry-leading technologies with InvestorCOM’s existing workflow technology has created a seamless document processing workflow. This new platform enables us to drive higher levels of digital migration for our client’s legacy reporting processes.
InvestorCOM has also implemented Avanti Slingshot, a leading ERP platform for document management. This investment will enable InvestorCOM to accommodate continued growth within our digital and physical document delivery processes.
