Our Project Management team works closely with your business and technical teams to ensure a successful InvestorCOM implementation. In the course of our guided deployments, we tailor a project plan based on insights gained across many deployments with industry-leading businesses. We leverage a broad collection of best practices learned while managing many complex project implementations.
2. Client Services
Our team of Client Service Associates is committed to delivering professional, proactive value added services. We assign our CSA’s to each account so every client has a dedicated individual who they view as a partner to manage their day-to-day program requirements. 3. Relationship Management
Our Relationship Management team works with our CSA’s to extend our exceptional service to our client’s offices. The Relationship Manager establishes a governance framework with the client and conducts regular business reviews that include SLA scorecards and recommendations for process and business improvement. Planning for upcoming program changes, technology updates and addressing all client-related opportunities is the role of the Relationship Manager.
